Occupation: Vice captain of the Tokkei's First Brigade. He's a government-employed killer who gets sent out to hunt down and execute criminals who have been sentenced to death.
Skills and other stuff that's good to know: Specializes in killing with wires, excellent shot with pretty much any type of gun, extensive knowledge of weaponry. Graduated top of his class from the Tokkei training school. Extremely fast. Stronger and more agile than most of the Tokkei, and wayyyy stronger and more agile than most of the general population.
